Kimm Ferrell is the Team Leader, Lead Agent and REALTOR® for The Ferrell Realty Group at Keller Williams. She has been in the sales and marketing profession for over 27 years in many different capacities and continues to be the owner and principal partner of a marketing and public relations firm.  Kimm applies her experience that is required in today's fast paced multi-faceted sales and marketing spectrum to accomplish the goal of marketing and selling real estate from residential to commercial properties.  Kimm epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of every real estate transaction and has worked every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers and investors from luxury homes in large markets, residential properties in local markets and commercial and multi-family listings.  With numerous state and national awards received for her efforts, Kimm is proud to be leading a team into the future in the ever-evolving real estate world.    

Brittany Ferrell is the newest REALTOR® to the professional team of The Ferrell Realty Group. With a passion for helping people, her energy and positive spirit reflects in the care she shows to each individual client. Her single focus is providing amazing service and helping her clients find the perfect home. She is newly married and is working to build a solid foundation for her family. She loves cooking and spending time with family friends. She has a deep-rooted foundation in Christ and this shines through in her integrity for the real estate industry.
